EPC Projects : Helping clients achieve their investment objectives and deliver projects by providing consultation at every
phase of project including technical & management. This includes design, procurement, construction, commissioning,
documentation and handover of th e project to the end -user or owner.

Oil & Gas: Worked in various projects (refineries, pipeline projects, oil & gas process projects, petrochemical process
plants, LNG). Gas processing, oil processing, Sulpher processing, full field development, Ethylene , Olefin, and offsite and
utilities for onshore oil & gas plants , previous experience working in a high concentration H2S environment is desirable .

Water Treatment: Worked at EPC project from tendering phase up to handover to client, (pipeline, pumping st ation,
water treatment station, water wells, telemetry & Scada system).

Solar PV: responsible for all activities on site relating to Electrical, instrumentation, Control & SCADA systems.

Baynouna Solar Energy Project – 200 MW AC Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant
E&I Manager (PV)

• Reviewing all documentation & drawing (all drawing relating to E&I for approval and c orrection, all
documentation such as contract, procedures, I/O list, all checklists Inspection, testing and commissioning ,
Technical Evaluation , SCADA Functional Design Specification , …etc.
• Responsible for all activities on site relating to Electrical, ins trumen tation, Control & SCADA systems,
constructions, pre commissioning, commissionin g & Start up to hand over.
• Follow up process side of projects (cost, time, quality , material …etc ).
• Monitoring contractor performance monitoring the progress with respect to time, budget and quality. Safety

• Work with the engineering team to conduct site investigation and assess the technical feasibility of developing a
specific solar PV project.
• Draft the scope of work and estimate the respective project budget.
• Create and distribute RFPs to potential EPC subcontractors, establish evaluation metrics, and sеlесtwinning
proposals.
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors, and
oversee all subcontractors’ work in all phases.
• Ensuring delivery of the project to budget and specification .
• Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project’s success.
• Communicate with utilities and authority h aving jurisdictions regarding interconnection, permitting, and other
regulatory compliance issues.

Lead instrument Control Commissioning Engineer

Work Duties:
• Yokogawa System
• Lead and coordinate the project document management function according to project & international standards
and specifications in largest LNG project in the world.
• Lead and coordinate document management personnel in the project, including organization of regular meetings
and perform goal - and development plans.
• SIMOPS project (worked under pressure with extreme cold weather in North Pole).
• Responsible for day -to-day task prioritization, test execution, and coordination with other commissioning teams
(10 en gineers + 60 Technicians) .
• Responsible for following Areas : Utilities Area, CCB, Fractionation, Flare Area, BOG Compressors and flare, Jetty
Area, LNG tanks Area.
• Analyze and document all risks, issues and dependencies relating to the project and escalate matter to
management where necessary.

all instrument work in Ethan product as senior engineer according to project specifications and international API
